As another point of comparison consider that most commercially available Media Center PCs use AGP or PCI-E graphics cards nowadays. A fair number of them rely on graphics capabilities built into their motherboards (including low-end offerings even from high-end vendors like Hush Technologies). Only a very small number of offerings include PCI-E graphics cards among their various options. Graphics cards like the nVidia GeForce 6600 (available in AGP and PCI-E versions) and the ATI Radeon 9600 (AGP) or X300/X700 (PCI-E) appear to be among the most frequently used in commercial Media Center PCs.
